Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days before dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently offer free worldwide shipping. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 7–10 business days, depending on the destination. Delivery estimates may be affected by customs, carrier delays, public holidays, severe weather, or other events outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Pre-orders and Backorders
If your order includes a pre-order or backordered item, available items may be shipped separately. You will receive the remaining item as soon as it becomes available.
Address Changes
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@crazeccpet.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier first. Crazeccpet is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier, but our support team will help you review the available tracking information.
Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please review our Refund Policy before returning an item and contact support@crazeccpet.com for return instructions.
